My experience with them was by far the most enjoyable and great financing. I would recommend them to anyone. Dealer only responded 3 times, I had an appointment with them to only find out they had sold the vehicle Plus I found out thru cargurus the car was sold. Starling did a bait and switch on me. I went to check it out and they told me they sold it.

I went back the following week after that and the vehicle was still there. Not only did the dealer lie to me, they completely lost my business in any other future car purchases. Trying to reach this dealer it was nearly impossible. I was ready to purchase that day. There were several days where it took to even find if the vehicle was still in stock. I will never purchase from this dealership.

They sent me a listing for a car and after discussion I went out there to take a look at it. The 2 people who helped me look at other cars while I was there were very helpful though. Contacted them about this vehicle. Back and forth for 2 days and then crickets. Had I not contacted them they would have never contacted me again. I may not be the most ideal candidate to purchase a car, but I didn't deserve to be treated like that.

The unprofessionalism was astounding. The salesperson and manager keep emailing me every couple of day's, but don't answer my question about the pricing.
