The amount of leadership, management, and merchandising experience you learn working at the headquarters of a Fortune 25 company is immeasurable. Through my career with Kroger, I have traveled to many divisions throughout the country but there is no place like home. I am a native Tennessean so, I am proud to be back in my home state.
Were there obstacles you faced as a woman? Through this Associate Resource Group, we are able to lean on each other, share advice, and, best of all, encourage one another. One major obstacle I faced was moving my family numerous times during my career. What does your new job entail? I am extremely excited to lead all merchandising for our stores in [the] Delta Division. Simply put, my job is to make sure we have the right products on the shelves to accommodate our customers' needs.
