I don't think I would recommend your dealership for parts and service because your prices for parts and your labor are much too expensive.

Parts and Labor for installation was outrageous. Simply said, I can't afford your prices. When I came home I looked up the price of the items you sold to me and found them for nearly half the price or better. I also had your parts dept. So, I probably will not be coming back to your dealership for parts and service unless it is absolutely necessary. I learned a very "expensive" lesson yesterday, especially when I can get parts and service elsewhere much cheaper.

Both my husband and I are retired and on a fixed income and can ill afford your prices and your labor costs. The team at JLR Seattle is great. They walked me through the features of each model and I never felt like I was being hard sold on anything. Did a great job of finding the model, accessories and color that I wanted and shipped my car from CA. Eric in the service department was very helpful and communicated with me every step of the way!
