I started to become overly excited. The sauce was sweet and not as heavy as most of the spaghetti sauces that I have ate before. I loved how there was not a lot of tomatoes chopped up because that is a disappointment to me.
It had just the right amount of spices mixed in with their homemade meatballs. The salad tasted fresh and I have never tried homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette before, but goodness gracious it was delicious. Before I left, I walked around and took some pictures of the man who started it all and some of the famous athletes and coaches that came through NC State.
