Pros: "Boarding process was smooth. Cons: "The space between seats was very uncomfortable. I have never felt so crowded in a plane seat and would reconsider United in the future for that reason. Pros: "crew was nice". Cons: "I feel like airlines are becoming like used cars salesmen. Next up you will charge for our air conditioners to work which by the way they didn't. I have never been so uncomfortable on a flight in my life. Couldn't even bend down to get something under my seat because of the lack of space between rows.

Also the air conditioner was extremely warm and the pressure of the air did not reach the seat. I was sticking to the chair because it was so warm. It just sucks that air travel has gone the way of every other industry that values quantity over quality.

They said that since no one had entered the mechanical failure that made us stay in Sioux Falls also not Uniteds fault that they couldn't give us rooms at a hotel. What a crock. We ended up having to borrow money from my in laws to be able to afford a hotel room for 2 days. Pros: "An agent heard about our first flight and seated my wife and I together, in a row with extra leg room. And after weather delays the crew gave the entire flight free entertainment - it was great!!

Cons: "The woman at check in demanded my wife check in her carry on bag, because she had a small pocket book and a plastic bag with 3 souvenir t-shirts. I told her we'd put the purse in the bag but for some reason she demanded we check in our carry on. And we saw two women right in front of us with "3" bags That meant an additional 30 minutes at bag check while our ride circled the airport. The was the last of 4 flights, and it was the only time anyone made this an issue. Cons: "Purchased ticket and it was this thing called Basic Fare Ticket????

You cannot pick your seat and will not be able to purchase a better seat even if it says available. Paid way too much and had to stay longer for my father's heart attack and lost the ticket and had to but a 1 way ticket back home and had to purchase my seat on top of all this. How Greedy. Pros: "Since the plane was an hour late, many with connecting flights worried about making their connections. It'd be helpful if there was a way to communicate with flights to know whether one would make the connection or not.

Seats don't acutally lean back to a comfortable level. Cons: "I understand that many things in aviation are unpredictable, but the flight did arrive late and then once boarding was completed we then waited in the plane for an hour before takeoff as not everything was completed for the plane to be able to leave. This was at night. My pickup was inconveneanced. Cons: "This airline is so beyond awful. American has the most janky planes, uncomfortable seats, and worst service on the plane. I had to beg the flight attendant to get me a wine because I was asleep when they came by and missed them by not even a half hour She acted like it was so hard and it took asking 4 times and finally just asking another person.

I was so annoyed. They also have shitty food selections per usual. Who chooses those snack items?! They clearly have no taste. I was miserable the whole flight. I usually am not a miserable traveler so this isn't just me being negative, I seriously may write one review every few months, only if something is really good or really bad. The fact that I'm even taking the time to write this says a lot!!!

I'm pissed will Never fly with United Airlines and will tell others to also not fly United! Cons: "Was so hot in the plane while we were stuck on runway ir was ridiculous. I was just sitting there literally sweating to the point my shirt was soaking wet. Pros: "Nothing. The gate agent didn't really know how kayak works when it comes to hacker flights.

Told me to call customer service. Customer service does not give you the option to speak to representatives. The phone system just loops around with out giving any options for to speak to a person. After I was on the phone with an agent he told me my money would be refunded.

I have been charged two flights and I'm still sitting at home. Cons: "Kayak did not confirm my seat. Was not able to get a flight. Called customer service and they told me to rebook. My card was charged twice. The airplane had faulted hardware. Waited in line for 2 hours to get a different flight. All flights to Phoenix were full. Didn't make the standby list. Couldn't make the rebook flight. Worst day ever Now, No one can give me a refund. The reason this trip was so important to me is because my grandma is in the ICU.
