Staff were so so friendly to us and helpful and friendly from ordering taxis to the two super kind men andreas and his friend who brought cocktails up to us at the roof top pool!! This hotel is 5 star, showers with baths , central location close to the beach the shops all! Deffo worth paying the extra for room with pool view! Cocktails from the bar are so cheap and tasty! Reception staff are more than happy to help you! Room is tidied every day by the cleaners who are also very friendly!
Would come back again if I come to salou again! Lovely hotel,amazing staff. I stayed here about a year and a half ago. Before arriving,I had fainted at the airport. She escorted me to my room,ask if I needed a doctor,got me some bottled water,waited till I got into bed and came to check on me an hour or so later.

Start with the good points which there were many the hotel was gorgeous, very clean, staff all lovely and kind, maid service each day although they forgot to give us towels one day The bad points, the food, iv spent the best part of the past 4 days in bed ill being violently sick and with a very upset tummy turns out iv now heard since getting home 60 other guests have had food poisoning, my boyfriend also took unwell on the 2nd last night and another guest i knew was ill on the friday with the same thing.

Rooms fine although beds a little hard.
Restaurant food of a reasonably high quality although we do like to eat out, which we did several times. Pools and loungers terrific, the pool really refreshing and being slightly cool was great for us. We found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Had a couple of problems using wi-fi and the receptionist was terrific helping get that sorted. The maid service also was exemplary, very friendly and efficient.
The dining room was a lilt chaotic at times. Although most of the time the staff there were good, they obviously had a difficult time with some customers so they seemed to anticipate that all people are unreasonable and so are …. Hotel absolutely beautiful. On arrival allocated fourth floor NOT overlooking either but overlooking apartments to the right which you could see right into and they could see into ours. We were told by reception that we could change rooms for a cost of 10 euros per night but only when one became available.? Also there is an all night Disco which opens from 10pm to 6 a. Unfortunately whilst there had food poisening and were both ill for four days of the holiday.
